Transcripts

Transcripts are maintained as permanent archives for all graduates. Copies may be obtained in person or by mail, but requests are not permitted by telephone:

• If you are living in the area, you may come by the registrar’s office to make your request, after signing in at the main office between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:15 pm. Information to have with you includes: student’s name, telephone number, date of birth, date of graduation, and number of copies requested. Please allow 2 days for processing. The cost at pick up is $2.00 per copy.
• If you are out of the area, the request must be made in writing providing the above information, in addition to an address where the transcript should be mailed. Please include a money order or check for the $2.00 per copy fee. Orders are processed within 48 hours.

Transcript order forms are available outside of our office during school hours for current students. Copies of transcripts for scholarships are free when a completed application is present. All others are $2.00 per copy. We will mail them directly to colleges with pre-payment or they may be picked up by 2:00 pm the following day.


Transcripts for Current Seniors:

The college you choose to attend will require a Final Transcript, which is mailed to them after receiving the appropriate request. Transcripts sent to colleges and universities must be sent by Anderson High School. Current seniors MUST request final transcripts using the different colored transcript request form available in late spring, in the registrar’s office only. This is an AISD requirement, as college applications are tracked with this special form. If a current senior uses the downloaded form at this site to request a transcript, the transcript will NOT be issued. The first final transcript is free but subsequent final transcripts must be pre-paid and an address provided for mailing. Final transcripts are not available until late June, and they are mailed out as soon as available. Cost is $2.00 per copy. The only exceptions are if you are going to use the transcript for advisement purposes at ACC or if it is for your personal use.
