Driver’s License Requirements / TEA Forms
State Law requires that drivers who have not graduated from high school must present proof of enrollment and attendance in school when applying for a learner’s permit or driver’s license. Students must be registered in school and cannot have more than eight (8) unexcused absences in a semester. Students should sign up for a TEA form in the main office any day prior to noon on Tuesdays in order to receive it on Tuesday after school, no exceptions.
