    Anderson Opens Its Doors to Interested Parents Through Tours and Course Fair

    Please tell your neighbors and friends who have children who are entering as freshmen or are considering attending Anderson High School for the first time in the 2010-2011 school year that opportunities are approaching for them to see the school.

    Members of the PTSA are offering five group tours of the school on the following dates:

    Friday, Jan. 29, 1:15 p.m.
    Wednesday, Feb. 3, 9:30 a.m.
    Wednesday, Feb. 10, 1:15 p.m.
    Friday, Feb. 19, 9:30 a.m.
    Friday, Feb. 26, 1:15 p.m.

    Tours will last approximately an hour.  RSVPs are not required.  Parents should meet tour guides in the main office.  Parents may park across the street in the parking lot of our valued partner in education Westover Hills Church of Christ.

    Current and prospective parents are also invited to attend a Course Fair Open House on Wednesday, Jan. 27, from 6 - 8 p.m.  Core curriculum teachers will be located in the cafeteria and electives teachers will be stationed in the gym.  Parents may peruse the area, visit with teachers, and pick up course descriptions/requirements.  Parking will be available in the south parking lot, off Steck Avenue, for this event.
