    Project Graduation 2009

    SENIOR PARENTS…GET READY TO PARTY !

    The planning for Project Graduation 2009 has begun.  Project Graduation is a nationwide program which promotes a safe and substance free celebration on the night of graduation for graduating high school seniors.

    The Anderson High Class of 2009 will celebrate Project Graduation on their graduation night (not yet announced) from 12AM to 5AM at Austin 300  (N-IH 35 and Braker). There will be lots of food, fun, casino, karoke, bowling, photography,prizes and more.  This is a very special evening for the seniors as it will their last time to be together as a group.  We guarantee YOUR senior will want to attend.  Typically Anderson Project Graduation has 80% of the graduating seniors attend the event.

    Project Graduation is FREE for all GRADUATING SENIORS .

    The AHS PG2009 committee has planned several great fundraisers throughout the school year in order to raise $40,000 for this event.  The party,food, and entertainment will cost around $25,000 and prizes will cost approximately $15,000. Each senior will leave the party with a prize and a wealth of happy memories shared with their classmates.

    We have over 450 seniors in the 2009 class, making the $40,000 cost to be less than $100 per student.

    HERE IS HOW YOU CAN HELP !

    1. Join the Anderson PG2009 YAHOO GROUP  in order to receive the up to date communication on senior activities.  To join send an email to Diana Fairbrother at dianafairbro@yahoo.com  indicating you would like to join.

    2. Attend our FIRST Project Graduation 2009 MEETING on Tuesday,Sept 9, 7PM
    Room 130 at Anderson High School.

    3. Sign up for one of our FUNDRAISERS by contacting the chairpersons:

    4. Send a DONATION check made out to Anderson PTSA.  Checks should be sent to Ramona Evans, Treasurer 6111 Anemone Cove  Austin, Tx 78759

    5. Stop the Project Graduation table at the ANDERSON BACK TO SCHOOL night on Sept 3 .
