African American Men and Boys Conference - May 17th

The theme of the conference is “Keeping Your Eyes On The Prize.”
This will be the last conference for this fiscal school year.
There will be two dynamic keynote speakers who will speak on “Keeping Your Eyes on The Prize”
and “What to Do When the Odds Are Against You”
Following the keynote speakers, the Conference will break into 20 small workshops that will allow
participants to take a participatory role in the Conference. Students and parents who attend
the workshops will have the opportunity to speak with counselors, school administrators and
other vendors who will work with them by answering questions and offering educational and
social support in areas need.
Would you like to volunteer? If so, come early (9:00am) and be prepared to offer your support.

as well as gender. Girls are encouraged to attend.
